Damaged items

DON’T SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS before you have checked the whole shipment content.

1.    BOXES COUNT
Look the shipment over completely and carefully. Make sure you received the correct number of boxes as stated on the packing list.
Note the exact number and reference of boxes you actually received.
Mention any missed box on the packing list and after by email to : info@

2.    DAMAGED BOXES
If the shipment package is torn, dented or damaged in any way, always note the damage details BEFORE signing your loading document.
Every visible damage has to be reported on the packing list when you receive the shipment.

AFTER SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, DAMAGED BOXES ARE NO MORE COVERED BY THE FORWARDING AGENT OR BY THE MANUFACTURER.

3.    HIDDEN DAMAGES (only into undamaged boxes)
If upon this first inspection, you find concealed damage into undamaged boxes, post your warning at info@ within 72 hours after delivery.

Concerned boxes must be kept for further inspection by our technical department.
